Poppy & Gold started during a moment I didn’t plan for.

After leaving a well paid job, everything felt uncertain. But in that space, I had a choice—stand still, or build something of my own.

So I chose to build.

Named after my daughter, Poppy & Gold is a reminder of why I keep going. To create something meaningful. To show her what resilience looks like. And to prove that strength isn’t just something you find in the gym—it’s something you live every day.

Like so many women, I struggled to find jewellery that truly fit my lifestyle. Pieces that make my skin sore or not designed to keep up. I was constantly taking my jewellery off to shower. 

So I created something different.
